I am the Managing Director and shareholder of a Zimbabwean Filter Manufacturing and Supplying company.The other shareholder is my brother and the investment plant and equipment invloved an outlay of United States Dollars 1.2 million.There is much hype about the Zimbabwean Economy slowly coming back on track but for us and our modest investment we believe we do not have the staying power other potential investors may have to then be abler to see the business back to its glory days. I will forward to you more information once we find common ground and a starting point-we desire complete buy out as our interest is now shifting elsewhere both geographically and principally.Do share your thoughts and the best possible route for us to pursue to this end.We are currently operating at minimal capacity and thus we are not puirsuing value for the more complex issues of brand and good will value.
